Failed payment - 3D Secure (3DS)

We are aware that a few customers are currently experiencing an issue with failed payments with a 3D Secure (3DS) error message. This is due to the new Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) payment policies being enforced by some banks earlier than the scheduled date of March 2022.

We are currently integrating 3D Secure payment flow as quickly as possible so customers can subscribe as expected. In the meantime, if you are having issues with your payment we ask that if possible you please try using an alternative card. If you have any questions, please contact our support team at
