VetBox Ltd. Competition Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. The competition promoter is: VetBox Ltd. (“VB”) (company no. 10017066) whose registered office is at Unit 1b 1-10 Summers Street, London, EC1R 5BD (the “Competition Promoter”).
2. The Competition is to win the Prize as described in paragraph 4 below by completing the entry form accessed via email received from the Competition Promotor
3. The Competition starts at 5pm GMT on Monday, 10^th November 2025 (“Opening Date’’) and ends at 5pm GMT on Sunday, 16^th November 2025 (“Closing Date”).
4. The “Prize” or “Prizes” are: 20 Dog advent calendars and 7 Cat advent calendars.
5. Entrants must be UK residents and over the age of 18, except: (i) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies; (ii) employees of the agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the Competition or its administration; or (iii) members of the immediate families or households of (i) and (ii) above. Entrants must be customers of VB. Following the Closing Date, the Competition Promoter will conduct two separate Prize draws: one to select twenty (20) winners who are dog owners and a separate draw to select seven (7) winners who are cat owners (collectively referred to as the ‘’Winners’’). 
6. All Competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified. Duplicate entries will not be counted.
7. VB and any applicable partner will not accept: a. responsibility for Competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged, or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or b. proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the Competition Promotion.
8. The Competition Promoter will contact the winners personally as soon as practicable after the Closing Date, using the email address provided with the Competition entry.
9. The Competition Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will publish prize winners and, if applicable, their winning entries in December’s newsletter. (‘’Announcement Date’’) 
10. Descriptions or depictions of the Prizes are for illustrative purposes only and the items you receive upon winning may differ. The Prizes may contain ingredients that could cause allergies or sensitivities in some dogs and cats. It is the Winners’ responsibility to review ingredient information and consult with a veterinarian, if necessary, before giving Prizes to their dogs and cats. Competition Promoter assumes no liability for any allergic reactions or health issues arising from the consumption of the Prizes.
11. VB reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition and these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. 
12. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Competition Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate you or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Competition or the Prizes except where it is caused by the negligence of the Competition Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. 
13. There is no entry fee for entering into the Competition. By entering this Competition, you indicate your agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
14. VB is not responsible for inaccurate details supplied to you by any third party connected with this Competition Promotion. 
15. The Competition Promotion is as stated in these Terms and Conditions and no cash or other alternatives will be offered other than in accordance with clause 4 of these Terms and Conditions. The Prize is not transferable.
16. The Competition Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Competition.
17. All Competition entries and any accompanying material submitted to the Promoter will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be returned.
18. By submitting your Competition entry and any accompanying material, you agree to: (i) assign to the Promoter all your intellectual property rights with full title guarantee; and (ii) waive all moral rights, in and to your Competition entry and otherwise arising in connection with your entry to which you may now or at any time in the future be entitled under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended from time to time and under all similar legislation from time to time in force anywhere in the world.
19. You agree to grant the Competition Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the Competition entry, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the Competition entry for such purposes.
20. VB’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Competition Promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into with any entrants. 
21. Any personal data relating to the Competition Promotion will be used in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and by accepting these Terms & Conditions you also agree to VB’s Privacy Policy, which can be found here. 
22. VB cannot guarantee when the Prizes will be delivered. 
23. In accepting and redeeming the Competition Promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to redeem the Prize. The Competition Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Promotion. 
24. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok or any other social network.
