Why don't I receive the same box contents every month?

VetBox sends out products according to the recommendations of the manufacturer and the World Small Animal Veterinary Association.

Our subscriptions protect against fleas, ticks, and worms: the products we use kills fleas for 8 weeks, ticks for 4 weeks, and wormer that only needs to be administered every 3 months in adult pets.

This means flea/tick spot-on will arrive every month and wormer every third.

For all pets under the age of 6 months, worming will be received monthly until 6 months of age has been surpassed. 

There are many other factors and variations that our veterinary team takes into account when determining the schedule and during very high flea season the vets may decide to use slightly stronger spot-on medications.
