VetBox Ltd. Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. The prize draw promoter is: VetBox Ltd. (“VB”, ‘’VetBox’’) (company no. 10017066) whose registered office is at Unit 1b 1-10 Summers Street, London, EC1R 5BD (the “Promoter”). 
2. The Prize Draw is to win the Prize as described in paragraph 4 below by completing a pet healthcare survey.
3. The Prize Draw starts at 10:00 GMT on 25th February 2026 (‘’Opening Date’’) and ends at 14:00 GMT on 6th March 2026 (“Closing Date”). 
4. The “Prize” or “Prizes” are: 3x £50 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card
5. To take part in the Prize Draw, entrants must:
   1. Complete the pet healthcare survey circulated to them via email and
   2. share their first and last name, and e-mail address;
   3. tick a box to confirm they have read the applicable Terms & Conditions and Privacy policy. 
6. Entrants must be UK residents and over the age of 18. The following entrants will not be permitted to take part in the Prize Draw: (i) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies; (ii) employees of the agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the Prize Draw or its administration; or (iii) members of the immediate families or households of (i) and (ii) above. All entrants must be customers of VetBox. There will be three winners who will be selected at random by the VetBox team after the Closing Date (the ‘’Winners’’). All Prize Draw entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified. Duplicate entries will not be counted.
7. VB will not accept: a. responsibility for Prize Draw entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged, or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or b. proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the Prize Draw.
8. The Promoter will contact the Winners personally as soon as practicable after the Closing Date, using the e-mail addresses provided with the Prize Draw entry after the Closing Date.
9. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will make this information available to anyone who emails info@vetbox.com  within one month after the Closing Date of the Prize Draw.
10. Descriptions or depictions of the Prizes are for illustrative purposes only and the items you receive upon winning may differ. 
11. VB reserves the right to cancel or amend the Prize Draw and these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. 
12. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate you or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize Draw or the Prizes except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. 
13. There is no entry fee for entering into the Prize Draw. By entering this Prize Draw, you indicate your agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
14. VB is not responsible for inaccurate details supplied to you by any third party connected with this Prize Draw. 
15. The Prize Draw is as stated in these Terms and Conditions and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The Prize is not transferable.
16. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Prize Draw.
17. All Prize Draw entries and any accompanying material submitted to the Promoter will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be returned.
18. By submitting your Prize Draw entry and any accompanying material, you agree to: (i) assign to the Promoter all your intellectual property rights with full title guarantee; and (ii) waive all moral rights, in and to your Prize Draw entry and otherwise arising in connection with your entry to which you may now or at any time in the future be entitled under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended from time to time and under all similar legislation from time to time in force anywhere in the world.
19. You agree that the Promoter may, but is not required to, make your entry available on its website www.vetbox.com  and any other media, whether now known or invented in the future, and in connection with any publicity of the Prize Draw. You agree to grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the Prize Draw entry, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the Prize Draw entry for such purposes.
20. VB’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Prize Draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into with any entrants. 
21. Any personal data relating to the Prize Draw will be used in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and by accepting these Terms & Conditions you also agree to VB’s Privacy Policy, which can be found here. 
22. By entering this Prize Draw, you acknowledge and agree that Medallia, Inc. and its group companies will collect, store and process personal data provided in connection with this Prize Draw for the purposes of facilitating and operating the Prize Draw and pet healthcare survey as described in paragraph 5a. 
23. In accepting and redeeming the Prize Draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to redeem the Prize. The Prize Draw Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Promotion.
