Your VetBox will usually be dispatched within 7 days of your monthly payment and arrive within 7 days of your dispatch email, but this will depend on the mail courier.
If your VetBox is late or you are worried it has been lost in the post, please email us on support@vetbox.com. We can then check and advise the best next steps.
