Once logged into your account, you can add or remove pets, update your delivery address and personal details, and adjust your pets’ weight.
There are some changes you won’t be able to make yourself. These include updating your email address, pausing your account, changing your invoice dates, retrying failed payments, and altering the plan you are on.
We’re working hard to create a more user‑friendly interface, so keep an eye out for updates from us soon.
