VetBox Ltd Competition Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. The competition promoters are: (1) VetBox Ltd (“VB”) (company no.10017066) whose registered office is at Unit 1b 1-10 Summers Street, London, EC1R 5BD and (2) The Copy Club Ltd (company no. 11449958) whose registered office is at 20 Groveway Groveway, London, United Kingdom, SW9 0AR, trading as Brand Hackers (the “Competition Promoters” and each a “Competition Promotor”).
2. The Competition is to win the Prize as described in paragraph 4 below by (1) ‘liking’ the prize draw post in the VB Instagram profile; following VetBox on Instagram (profile @myvetbox) and tagging a friend on Instagram.
3. The Competition starts at 12.00 GMT on Monday 6 July 2026 (‘’Opening Date’’) and ends at 17.00 GMT on Sunday 12 July (“Closing Date”).
4. The “Prize” is to win one £60 (sixty pounds) gift card to use on the VetBox website and a goodie box tailored to the winner’s pet(s) (to the value of £50).
5. Entrants must be UK residents and over the age of 18, except: (i) employees of the Competition Promoters or their holding or subsidiary companies; (ii) employees of the agents or suppliers of the Competition Promoters or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the Competition or its administration; or (iii) members of the immediate families or households of (i) and (ii) above. There will be one winner who will be selected at random by a Competition Promotor after the Closing Date. All Competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified. Duplicate entries will not be counted.
6. The Competition Promoters will not accept: a. responsibility for Competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged, or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or b. proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the Competition Promotion.
7. A Competition Promoter will contact the winner personally as soon as practicable after the Closing Date, using the Instagram profile provided with the Competition entry.
8. The Competition Promoters must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Competition Promoters will publish the Instagram account name of the prize winner and, if applicable, their winning entries in Instagram on 13 July (‘’Announcement Date’’) or send the Instagram account name of the prize winner and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails support@vetbox.com or writes to the address set out in paragraph 1 (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the Closing Date of the competition.
9. Descriptions or depictions of the Prizes are for illustrative purposes only and the items you receive upon winning may differ.
10. VB reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition and these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
11. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Competition Promoters, their agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate you or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Competition or the Prizes except where it is caused by the negligence of the Competition Promoters, their agents or distributors or that of their employees.
12. There is no entry fee for entering into the Competition. By entering this Competition, you indicate your agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
13. VB is not responsible for inaccurate details supplied to you by any third party connected with this Competition Promotion.
14. The Competition Promotion is as stated in these Terms and Conditions and no cash or other alternatives will be offered other than in accordance with clause 7 of these Terms and Conditions. The Prize is not transferable.
15. The Competition Promoters reserve all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Competition.
16. All Competition entries and any accompanying material submitted to the Competition Promoters will become the property of the Competition Promoters on receipt and will not be returned.
17. By submitting your Competition entry and any accompanying material, you agree to: (i) assign to the Competition Promoters all your intellectual property rights with full title guarantee; and (ii) waive all moral rights, in and to your Competition entry and otherwise arising in connection with your entry to which you may now or at any time in the future be entitled under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended from time to time and under all similar legislation from time to time in force anywhere in the world.
18. You agree that the Competition Promoters may, but is not required to, make your entry available on VB’s website www.vetbox.com and any other media, whether now known or invented in the future, and in connection with any publicity of the competition. You agree to grant the Competition Promoters a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the Competition entry, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the Competition entry for such purposes.
19. VB’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Competition Promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into with any entrants.
20. Any personal data relating to the Competition Promotion will be used in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and by accepting these Terms & Conditions you also agree to VB’s Privacy Policy, which can be found here.
21. VB cannot guarantee when the Prize will be delivered.
22. In accepting and redeeming the Competition Promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to redeem the Prize. The Competition Promoters may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Promotion.
23. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok or any other social network.
