As soon as your points balance is above 100, you can start redeeming discounts against your next monthly payment. Simply login to your account, head to the Rewards page and head down to the 'How to spend points' section. Then follow the 5 easy steps:
1. Choose your discount amount (100 points = £5)
2. Click 'Get code'
3. Click the code to copy it
4. Head to the Redeem Page
5. Paste your code and hit Redeem
Your discount will then be applied to your next monthly payment.
